Consultation fees are non-refundable but can be redeemed against any bespoke or ready-to-wear purchase. We understand that life can be busy and are happy to reschedule your consultation if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. However, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows cannot be transferred or rescheduled.
